Mastering the Levels of Care is a comprehensive, self-paced online course approved by the NCIA Board and equivalent to 3 continuing education units. This course provides an in-depth exploration of the three levels of care in assisted living facilities, focusing on resident service plans, the criteria for accepting and retaining residents with varying care needs, and the important aspects of residency and residency agreements, as outlined in the Arizona Administrative Code. This course is intended for assisted living facility managers ad administrators, to further equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively ensure high quality resident care and compliance requirements.
